A career in technical recruiting is the culmination of my educational and life experiences. I started writing resumes for family and friends at the age of 12. Fast-forward a few years later, I became intrigued by the staffing industry. Why be a recruiter? I am a recruiter because I know that I have the ability to change people's lives for the better. Technical Recruiting is a passion for me, as I love the hunt of finding great candidates for hiring managers and learning about new technologies.
I am very proud that I have earned the Technical Services Certified (TSC) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) credentials through the American Staffing Association. The TSC program promotes industry-wide competency standards through a uniform national program. Credential individuals must successfully complete an exam that covers legal, legislative and regulatory requirements governing the technical services section of the staffing industry, including the Affordable Care Act. The CSP program features rigorous content focused on employment and labor law at both the federal and state levels.
